dude ok i dont think alot of ppl found this skull but once u get it the first time IT DOES NOT COME BACK.i was on outskirts hopping on buildings on legendary and theres like a room with a sniper and ammo and the skull is there once i got it (it didint show name)i ended up on the ground with a plasma pistol and a elite killed me then the screen kept flashing white.message me for mor specific info.

mikeurgreg ur answer:- yes its called blackeye skull its on the top-back of the big (huge :)) building at the end where the scarab shoots the door 9that building :)) it makes to where your shields dont recharge but if you kill a enemy a breakable object a friendly or a co-op player you get more shields you can go all the way up to a (green) overshield in campaign which is impossible otherwise! :)

The only skulls you should have menchoned is GBD one that makes you always camo maybe black eye one that makes explosions and melee more effective and Iron

another effect of the Blackeye skull,your shield can go all the way into over shield.you missed the famine skull,its effect is the same as what you said was the Mythic skull.The mythic skull's effect is supposedly all enemies have now health.

All skulls need to be found on LEDGENDARY difficulty, except blind. ANd the skull on regret will spawn on any mode but will only activate on ledgendary

hello. you must get the envy skull-allowing the master chief to go invisible for meh 5 seconds. then going on a level while using the master chief e.g outskirts or gravemind- go invisible just before entering a checkpoint (so tis probably better to memorise checkpoints...) and then save and quit once it says checkpoint..done,then reset xbox-and resume.

a piece of advice... u dont have to push the box to that spot so u can brute shot jump to the platform the skull is on.

u can grenade jump and hit the ceiling and hold X, then u pick the skull up from the ceiling.
