Perhaps you should try to play this version where the both guitars of that song are combined. That would sound very good for itself, without the playback.
And keep practicing to get over the mistakes. This song is really not hard to play, you can make it!
Well thanks, but I think that it would sound better with a real bass than playing the bass part on guitar, since I think it sounds choppy. And most of my mistakes (there were very few) were just mis-pickings. Something I really wouldn't worry about. I hadn't played this song in about 2 months or more, and just recorded it with no rehearsal.

its all about holding the lowers while you hit the higher notes, and you also need to add the pull offs
