  • They don't make them like this anymore. Jesus, what a classic,

  • martynwebster is the youtube don!

  • that was a massive tune back in the day, damn. smashed it

  • I find it funny there are people here saying how Ray Keith should have made the tune. The fact is Ray Keith did make it, you have no control over him. And if you know so much about track arrangement, then where is your anthem? Obviously you don't really know what you're talking about.

Personally, I think the track has aged, but it has a lot of memories and highlights a great era in DnB. This was HEAVY in a club and the crowd loved it. It's a true classic, a sought-after record too.

  • oh shit, that sent goosebumps thru me...

  • @gorilla87 still does till this day

  • heavy heavy. solid tune!

    big up ray keith.

  • The low frequency bass is just to much. makes me shiver just hearing that shit.

  • Love when Stevie Hyper(R.I.P) used to rip this up.

Jungle in da place move to da bass.

    You all know da rest.hahahaha

  • OH MY GHOSH,wild tune!

  • can any 1 plz upload the other side of this !!! i thnk that is the best version !!!

  • It is okay, the bass is brilliant still but it could have had it throughout the whole tune and speed the drums up in the background. The bassline stops halfway, should have continued with a variant version after. The only good part is the Bassline then after that I would cut it.

  • Its perfect as it is!

Have you ever seen this played in a club?

The way it rolls on and on works so well until the huge amen comes straight out of nowhere!

As for speeding it up, Ray has never been one to write tunes fast.

Cranking up the bpm is a lazy/easy way to give a tune energy, and not always needed

  • Amen, both in reality and rhetorically. The best way to give a tune energy is to check and see if the tune is from 1995 and if the volume is all the way up.

  • @martynwebster yes. best comment on dnb i ever read. its an art and ray keith has it nailed. new kids learn from the master. Ray Keith.

  • @studentdebts

There is nothing wrong with this record. There is something wrong with you however.

  • @tubemech

Something wrong with having an opinion makes me wrong, its good but I would remix it into a faster version. Not saying I hate it call it construcrtive critism.

  • @studentdebts

Do you think anyone gives a fuck about you constructively criticising a classic record that has been posted here out of sheer respect for both Ray Keith and his millions of fans? Check your comment, it doesn't read or bode well with me and Im sure many others - 'The only good part is the Bassline then after that I would cut it'.

    Whatever.

  • @tubemech

So you think youtube s all about happy comments like yours, I don't care either about what you think, not all people think the same, yes it must have been a classic in its day and yes I would say to Ray Kieth could you remix for a more modern approach but obviously given people ideas is a bad thing these days, I did my own remix version of it here on youtube, its not perfect but its an idea.

Guess what i don't swear so I can not be just as rude back.

  • @studentdebts

    You dick.

  • It goes to show how Jungle turned into drum and bass as it slowed down in 1996 and the end of an era came to Jungle for a more futuristic sci-fi themes without the reggae influences which 1997 brought.

  • @studentdebts If you really didn't care what other people's opinions on here were you wouldn't post comments intended to get them to change their opinion to yours. The fact that you have your own opinion is perfectly, but saying you don't care about anyone else's and that it doesn't matter not only shows that you are egotistical, but also a hypocrite because you are doing the same thing you claim tubemech was doing. It would be best to come back once you have found your brain's logic center.
