  • Amazing... Thank you for sharing.. we keep going back to this video to show everybody what the HAKA is all about!

  • Thanks for the video. I'm just about to talk about the Haka in one of my classes and this video is real helpful.

  • all blacks are amazing team.

Ka so mate lijenri (Long live all blacks)

  • The Haka is awesome. :)

  • as for organizing a team of rugby or rugby league players to play against us IsCumaFut2...you better start practising...right now we are top of the pile in both styles...just one the World Cup in League and are World Cup Holders in Rugby as well..and yes the haka does give us the edge...

  • i ilike this as it reminds that its a simple prayer. in ireland(druids) had a similar thing on newgrange every solstice(winter) and tara when a high king was being inaugarated but it was more or less chanting, it is fantastic to see this type of thing in existence promise to always keep it alive. thank you from kevin

  • I always wanted to know what was being said

and now i do THANKS GREAT VID.

  • this Haka is something that defines life, as when back in the ages of maybe medieval war when

barbarians were afoot they would go into battle and as a war cry would make them go on frenzy and they would become as they say one with the land and become strong by the enchanced sounds and fury of the WARCRY!

KUMITE KUMITE KAY ORA KUMITE KUMITE KAY ORA KAY ORA

    TENNETTE TENETTE POOROO POOROO

    NAANE TIKIMI WAKAWI TITIRA

    AOOPA!

AOOPA AOOPA NEY COUPANEY WEE TEE TEE RAAAA!!

  • ur not even saying the right words. kinda sad.

  • hey this is a great vid explaining the background of our haka and as for 'alongcamedom'....get it right...Inia Maxwell is the son of one of the great champion kapa haka families...Trevor and Atareta Maxwell...Atareta just passed away last year is one of the Morrison Clan...and one of my cousins..and Inia is not GAY...just a great son and man and more of man than you are....as for the long hair...I too have my hair long...it is a tradition among us maori men..

  • you're so right !!!

  • long hair is a symbol of freedom sir, i'm from cork and i have long hair just like my ancestors, i believe in the druidic stuff and the history is a lot similar to yours(haka) we don't have equivalent but chants and stuff. people who have short hair in my opinion are usually afriad to express themselves. someday i will organise team to play against ye guys just as challenge to my self.

  • i think the haka should b banned as it is very violent and primitive peace

  • You should check out 'Haka History Behind ALL BLACK' this will give you a better understanding of what the Haka is and why it is performed.

  • i think ba d typeng and grammer shold be band

  • sorry i have been studying maori culture now and am more understanding.

  • good on ye.

  • Yeah and we should all watch queer eye for the straight guy too. Shut up RCARROLL1!!!!

    Awesome vid by the way.

  • ur just wiered it kool!!

  • the dance is violent... yeah.. right.. so why is the dance violent and not the sport all together? a dance is just a dance, running towards someone and pushing him to the ground is far more violent than just a dance dude...

  • i'd like to see you take on one of those "dance dudes"

  • been there, done that.

i'd like to see you actually say something that can be considered slightly as a valid internet quote.

    /pat

don't worry you'll get inspiration one day and say something more than bullcrap.

  • sure you have...

    Lead by example...

    deeds not words...

  • LOL

    ...chuckle...

    .

    trolls...

  • Thanks for postin this- glad to find out the meanin!

  • nice ears though
