So what's the difference between this attack and any other flamethrower attack she uses? They could have made this Fire Soul if they couldn't be bothered to make the rings of fire Burning Mandala is supposed to use.

Come on people, you can't expect them to make it EXACTLY like the anime, cause think about it if they did then it would probably be a lil bit boring, plus the actors might not have wanted it to be like that, cause it would take too much time to make it. On top of that the director might not want the actors to be too tired from all the action. At least it's still Sailor Moon. Except it's just another version with the attacks added in from the animes.

How so? The live action gives it much cooler 3D special effects. Mercury Aqua Beam, Supreme Thunder, Jupiter Thunderbolt, Moon Twilight Flash, all of these attacks look really cool, but in the anime they're all the same pretty much

They are not the same at all in the anime. In the anime just about every attack has a different attack sequence and the actual attack has a different form.
