By removing Obama you are closing the floodgates of having anyone violating the constitution and leading America in the office of President. It's a little compromise here and there that gets a nation to come to its downfall. Bush should'nt have been able to declare war without the consent of Congress, and Obama shouldn't have even been put on the ballot without proper qualifications.

Yes, it would be a problem (hypothetically) for any illigimate person to occuppy the white house. Mr. Obama has the authority to sign treaties, legislation or even take our country to war. If later proved illegitimate (hypothetically) those actions would be illegal.

It would be like an imposter police officer arresting a rapist., the conviction could be overturned /evidence lost.
