I found that very helpful - especially the relationship between speed and power - maintain a particular speed as your base and then adjust everything else. It makes the concept much easier to understand. Thank you for the video.
The "flap range" as you say, the white range is only for maximum flaps settings, you may reduce initial flaps well before. Otherwise OK if we shut eyes upon interception of glide before localiser! ;-)

Nice. I am teaching a 10 year old how to fly in fs9. He hates it when I make him read stuff. I am going to have him watch this.
