you dont need to bend the conibear to get it to work for squirrel try using the differnt hair trigger setting's or use a bucket style set to foce them to enter from 1 direction only and position there bodies fully in fron of the trap. i got over 100 conibear 110's there great i use em on everything

After watching your video, I made the same trap with very good results. The only difference was that I put the pecans at the end of the trigger, and the squirrels tripped the trigger almost immediately. A good video and there's always a better mouse trap someone comes up with !

Yeah, they've destroyed BIG crops from my giant pecan tree, and in the off season, with frequent thunderous rolls of limbs and pecans down my roof. In the off season, have to listen to them scurrying in my attic,which is inaccessible. God knows what they've got up there in terms of nest and pecan hulls. Not only that, they never get friendly, like some I've seen. My scoped pellet gun shoots 1200FPS and I can hit a can at 70 paces. I don't enjoy killing animals, but enough is enough.

( One last thought) I know it seems cruel to some people and I can't entirely disagree but if you've ever paid mortgage and property taxes on a house that 's been infested with squirrels you might see it differently. They are living, nesting, and shitting in your walls; Chewing electrical wires and load bearing structures; Racing around in your walls and attic at night, Making noise.
