yeah i have a yamaha tt-r230 which i just go offroad riding, which isnt close to where i live so i cant go out every weekend. but i wanna start to get into mini mx racing since the track is just around the corner from my house. i live in australia and we dont have BBR, do you think and of the honda dealers would have crf50 125cc kits?

just depends how big the track is and what you do to the bike. They make 125cc kits so you'd be able to jump some good size jumps, as for being to big, no, there are grown men that ride these things.

Not exactly, all crf50's are stock from honda w/ a 50cc engine. But,different companies make kits that give more cc to the engine, for ex. mine has a 88cc kit from BBR, BBR also makes a 125cc kit. Some other companies make kits too but I think 88 or 125 is all, there might be a 80 for some reason I wanna say that.

Also, to be honest, if you have the money and like to ride a lot and are decent at it, I'd go w/ something bigger. I have a CRF450R too and it got a lot of power and ride it more prolly. 50s are good to piddle on here and there but if thats what ya like then by all means get one, they are fun as hell too.

I'd go with CRF i'm pretty sure they make more stuff for it. The KLX had a bigger motor but you can buy either 88kit or 125 kits for the 50 and have more fun. Just depends which one you want.
