not is not a 2000 zx6r. it's a ZZR600, i have the same bike except for it's red. not sure about the year cuz i didn't know they made white ones, but it looks exactly like the '07-'08 model.

@Snipza that are different bikes! the zzr600 is a sport touring bike and the the zx6r a supersport bike (in this case i would say it´s a zx636a)

@BennyJJO unfortunately, the 636's weren't introduced until 2003. Wikipedia or w/e source you used is incorrect. The 2005 zzr600 and the 2002 zx6r are essentially the same bike. Labeling it sport touring or a supersport doesn't change what it is. I can sport tour a fucking R6 and it'll still be a super-sport bike.

@BennyJJO I guess i must concede some information too. The 636s were introduced in 2002 but in the last quarter of th year. So, I guess there are some 2002 636s but the majority of them are 2003+ :D I'm glad this didn't turn into a pointless argument. haha.

you're right, but read the above comments....they are the same bike. pretty sure i know my own bike, and they look exactly the same. it so turns out that they made the zzr600 after the older zx6r model.

@LostDigga Why do you need a fuel warning light, when you have a reserve? lol Reserve is better, i can ride mine about 180+ miles and if it starts to run out of gas, just switch it to reserve and i know i have about 40 miles to get gas.

@dsl951 it doesn´t have a warning ligh. but you´ll notice wenn the main fuel is empty so just turn the fuel tap to reserve and you´ve got about 30-40 kilometers to search for a gas station ;). in my oppinion a much more saver method :D. damn i love my 2000 zx6r =)

@nas89d The ZZR's and the early ZX bikes were pretty much the same thing, it's just that some people called them ZZR's and some called them ZX's. The new ZX-14 is the same way, ZX-14, ZZR1400.
