Cool. We have this type of Līvāni houses in small towns in Latvia. Really looks like a waste there. The dissolution of the Soviet union was a great blow to the economy of every republic, but a change to the better.

because USSR was collapsed..it was stop business everywhere in ex-USSR countries except Russia

OMG! i used to live around the area, my friend and i went into those buildings! one of them later had a fire in it, but it was interesting and fun.
