My cousin wears a hat and dosen't talk not because she's a brat, but because her mom slapped her with her belt, and her left eye is half blinded. She hates her mom now. @dsrtflwr i agree but only to an extent. my personal opinion is that there should be two registries - one for minor offenses, one for more serious ones. the minor one could be accessed by the public legally but not publicized. that would provide an incentive to avoid those minor offenses, and allow them to be tracked, while saving serious punishment for those offenses which truly deserve it, REAL offenders.
