I dont ever use the shock button,only the pager button ,which vibrates,so no cruelty there,I would not do this to my dog,love her to much for that

why is it kool to have your dogs off leash near traffic? Much better to use leashes on public highways and not shock them. Stupid irresponsible owner in my book. :-(((

Well it's very clear your ignorant and close minded. Irresponsible owner...how? Shes training the dogs, so they can listen incase they ever get off the leash, thats a responsible and not stupid owner in MY book.

@kirid23 If you cant trust your dog offleash, what happens when you loose grip of the leash, the collar breaks, or the leash snaps? then you have a dead dog in a highway, this is a professional trainer and these dogs are trained beyond doubt before being placed in a dangerous situation.
