The thing is that at 00:56 the other truck couldn't come fron the other tunnel because in russia people drive on the right side of the road meaning that because the camera was on the left side of the runnel and cars were going forwards, the tunnel had to be the right one and the opposite lane was on it's left side. I too have watched the clip a million times and still find no satisfactory explanation. The mystery truck appears to have been hit almost head-on, as it is still spinning clockwise (if viewed from above) when it comes into view. I've driven a lot around Bulgaria and the driving over there isn't much different..... trucks appearing from nowhere or not... they are pretty fucked up. My girlfriend is Bulgarian and says that the test is really basic and she was told that most things she would learn after her license, which, although I agree to some extent, it seems that people over there have only learned how to be impatient and suicidal.

So either it was coming from the opposite direction, or it was driving in front of the other truck and had started spinning when the second truck could not evade fast enough, making it look like the first truck crashed sideways into the second

@metalgtp Simple. The truck came through a gap in the concrete wall which is closed by a partition wall. There is obviously a Ramp Tunnel next to the mainline Tunnel where that accident scene was filmed. The emergent truck ran out of control in the Ramp Tunnel, hits the partition, and emerges into the Mainline Tunnel, colliding with the other truck.

NOW IF THERE IS NO RAMP TUNNEL AT THIS POINT THEN WE HAVE SOME SERIOUS SPOOKY S**T!

I don't buy the towing theory as I paused at 0:59 and can see the back and there's nothing on it and the video doesn't look choppy for a frame rate that slow for that to be the back of the second truck. Neither are obviously not towing vehicles I also don't see any tow riging on the back of either truck. if you have more info it's welcomed.

The truck right in front of the visible truck hits the side of the tunnel and "bounces back" hitting the other truck, then it becomes visible. (and I have no idea why I said towing truck the other time, that makes no sense)

@TheBachelor916 The rear truck is clearly tail-gaiting the forward trucks left bumper. You can't see the other truck at first obviously due to the rear truck blocking the view. I'm not sure if you expect to have x-ray vision, but seriously there is nothing fake or strange about it. Looks funny though I guess.
