Than it actually is today, I mean think about it. back then the bronx didn't even looked like the way it looks like now. We had broken street lights, graffiti everywhere, burned abandon buildings, homeless dogs roaming around freely, street gangs, violent crackheads ETC. Today the bronx has been rehabilitaed.
