  • well its sort of hard to get into the split itself because u have to rotate your hip

  • Your very first leg extension can be much higher. with your hand, hold the back of your heel but keep the arm infront of the leg You can then pull that into a needle.

  • Haha. I would say your back counts as just about rhythmic gymnast flexibility. Is that all natural flexibility or did you have to train for it?

    Also, can you get your feet flat on the ground in a chest-stand?

  • I have never trained flexibility, I think it can be WAY to painful! And yes I can, although not shown but I can put my feet flat. My back gave out doing gymnastics the other day so that didn't help!

  • Wow, I don't know if you realize just how rare the amount of back flexibility you have is for someone who's never trained. It's worth working on it though since you could probably do some amazing things with very little effort! But don't forget to warm up!!!

    Do you take gymnastics class or do you just do this on your own?
