  • ummmm you could also call it soccer stuff,soccer workout,soccer training, soccer lifting, soccer improvement........My head hurts from the amount of retard you just out into it.

  • well there good exercises for athletes in general..... but i feel excercises specific to soccer are more cardio-based..... to answer a you question....it wouldnt hurt a player..... but i wouldnt make him better..... were as cardio-based exercises would....... be cause those kind of exercises improve pace, endurance, agility.... the 3 components that will allow a player to harness their true potential......

  • excellent point! Soccer is very cardio based tapping into aerobic and anaerobic systems. Focus on more aerobic though. This is just a small part of what our training involves.
