Gymnastics today looks amazing but what Nadia does here is show real strength. My friend brought me to a gymnastics club and let me try out the floor which I found out was very springy. I was able to back flips when I had never done them before. It made me realize how much strength these gymnasts had to have to perform on a hard floor.
