Just a message of thanks for supporting The Gurkha Justice Campaign - justice was today achieved for the brave men from Nepal - "The Gurkhas" - AYO GORKHALI...
There are people immigrating to this country who have fought against the British and they are given "asylum" all gurkha should be allowed to live in the UK.
After the government's decision last Friday, this video was produced to highlight the latest fight for justice for all retired Gurkhas before 1997. It has been an honour to help in The Campaign and at last campaigners like Joanna Lumley, Peter Carroll, etc and all the retired Gurkhas, are at last seeing a light, at what has been a very dark tunnel. Victory on Wednesday, has also been touched by sadness at the passing of retired Gurkha, Ram Bahadur Gurung - "Lest We Forget"
Gordon Brown - the people of Britain have spoken and we want all retired Gurkhas and their families to be given the right to settle in the UK, if they so wish. This decision should be made NOW, without further delay. "AYO GORKHALI"
I am delighted at this result but ashamed that the Brave Gurkhas were forced to take the action in courts and protests to get justice. Now can we set up a Gurkhas Police Unit to sorting out our country and then we would see the hate protests, burning of our flag and insulting the Queen stop. Come on Boris, sign them up and get this once Great land back on track.
Great News for the Gurkha Justice Campaign today, the Government were defeated in a vote in "The Commons" by 267 to 246. We await change from the Government to allow all retired Gurkha veterans the right to settle in the UK.
