The 5'-2" Kellie Martin was replaced for the final three movies with the 5'-10" Lauren Lee Smith! There is no way that makes this believable. They could have cast Queen Latifah and been no further off. The casting agent and producers get an F. The choice of replacement was so poor the only explanation is that she was someone's girlfriend...and that's stating it politely.
@Ramubay i totally agree with you...Kellie Martin was the BEST "Christy" and this new girl...dosen't measure up at all!!! I was soo upset.... caue I love the Christy serie...but oh well =(

@Ramubay yeah. I totally agree with you. The continuity in this movie is such a fail, that it is lower than the grade "F".

I loved the Christy series and that actress this one can't act. I just don't see the chemistry with her and the doc like the other girl.
