  • Did a seminar with Ross a few months back and he was preparing for a test cut to 145 and he demonstrated a few wrestling moves on me to help myself and my partner, i was shocked at how strong & powerful he was! He talked to us afterward bout his strength and conditioning regime and since then I changed mine up to his advice and it's made a hell of a difference

  • @gstevenson7781 Thanks for checking it out mate!! He is a strong boy!!

  • ross you are a beast and have got huge potential to be champ more submission work your stand ups dynamite and your chin wow keep up the good work huge fan

  • Pearson is a great fucking fighter, I'd watch him everytime. what a workout by the way.

  • tell him to work harder! lol can't wait for him to fight this saturday he is a brilliant representative of britain in the ufc and should be proud

  • how round do you guys do? and do take breaks between the rounds?

    the training looks great :)

  • @newgladius Hi mate, you should aim for 3-6 rounds, with 60 sec rest in between. Closer to fight night I'd drop the rest down to 45 secs...

  • @Grapplefit great !!! thanks a lot :)

  • halfway?! thats pretty tough

  • I have one question. it is about building my body. I train muay thai. when iwas younger the size did not matter to me but now i am 20 years old and 130 pounds. of ocurse i am workin gout to gain size but what i am not sure is what kind of body to build. i do not do alot of bench and biceps. i keep thinking if they get bigger they might get int he way when i fight. this is what i picture my body in the future.. big legs.. big shoulder and triceps. big back and abs.. chest i leave to be natural

  • I would be absolutely fucked after this lol. Also does anyone know how you can get a tougher chin?

  • @TrenchfootDubstep Hahaha it is tough mate!! Can't really toughen your chin, but if you want to be "knock-out" proof, try strengthening your neck, that does help.

  • @Grapplefit Cool, thanks for the reply. Is there any good neck exercises I can do? I tryed the one where you push your fist against your forehead, the bloke in the video had a huge neck so I guess it worked for him, but I dont really feel it does much good! Also when is ross's next fight?

  • @TrenchfootDubstep I'd go for manual resistance as you mentioned, but also a head harness works really well too, as does a stability ball... Ross is fighting Aug 27th in Brazil - opponent is Edson Barbosa.

  • Cant wait for ross to put on another impressive fight and win at UFC134. All the training videos are intense you just have to love the commitment shown in every single one , also i hope sometime soon ross has that belt around his waist.

  • @Ant81292 He is a machine mate!! Great work ethic ;-)

  • Nice job, really nice!

  • @trainertfitness Thanks for checking it out!!

  • What is the equipment used for the 5th exercise?

  • please e mail mma2000@ hotmail.co.uk with info prices etc as I'd love to join I live Chester le street ty

  • does anyone now a good alternative excercise for the first one he did?

  • @phantlux Sledgehammer and tyre, or med ball slams - hope that helps!!

  • kinda felt sorry for ross when he lost... he got caught by a punch when i thought he was winning the fight... ive noticed ive never seen ross fitness lack in fights no wonder doing this training

  • @IKOSIJIGSAW It was hard to watch defo! Thanks for checking it out - he is a machine!!!

  • sorry about ross barry :/

  • this is real good stuff. watching these vids makes me wanna come out to England and just train with grapple fit for awhile!! until then ill just be doing these circuits here in the US. keep up the great work!! and thanks for posting these!!

  • But Mr.Grapplefit, why is ross such a lazy man? His lethargy and sloth make me want to cry : - ((( Wanderlei Silva does this with a snorkel and then has to take an ice bath afterwards to prevent his insane mega reactor of a body from exploding with awesome

  • @pigutron Thanks for that insight mate!!!

  • @pigutron I think Mr Grapplefit has a point! What sort of stupid fucking comment is that you total twat!!! Wand's use of a snorkel is irrelevant to this you absolute retard!!! Apologies to Grapplefit - but this guy is clearly touching himself watching vids of Silva training!!!

  • I will actually cry if ross looses haha, I kno he wont though ;), best of luck mate.

  • Very Nice circuit! Great exercises! Best of luck Ross!
