i have amish relatives and this is not how they are. in fact, they would never wear bright dresses like the girl in the blue dress did and absolutely nothing that said aero on it. there are mennonites that would do those things, but not amish. its two different things and this is fake. amish also don't allow themselves to be in pictures and/or videos.

@sherirose996 not all amish are the same. there are groups who are a little more relaxed about the bright colors. Also during this period in their lives almost anything goes. The young people at this time will allow themselves to be filmed especially since they were offered a free trip to UK.  the parents i'm guessing are actors just playing roles though.

It's worse with the "modern" groups trying to ban Halloween, Evolution and dances. America is big enough that the only contact any America will ever have with an Amish person is probably a teenager like this, and that's usually only if you live right by an Amish commune.
