What if you got a game-over in the castle at the beginning of the game? I mean Yuri would be put back in jail and would eventually be released and Estelle would just be stuck in the castle. But some of the other characters (i.e. Karol, Judith) would probably never heard from again, because Karol was in the woods looking for the Eggbear and Judith was out on her vigilante mission. Rita would just continue living Raven would still be working for the Don and Repede would live in the lower quarter.

That's probably because Yuri is Repede's human translator. After living together for 4 1/2 years, Yuri's picked up on that. Still, it'd be awesome if Repede said it. I bet that in the ps3 version you can hear Flynn and Patty say it too, but it's in Japanish, so -.-
