It's better to spend money on health care for the poor than to build more useless aircraft carriers and stealth bombers that we dont need. Or to send the money to some third world hellhole
No cuts to medicaid! No changes to the cost of living adjustment! No payroll tax holiday! Call your House Representatives and your Senators and tell them there are other ways to balance the budget. One is the People's Budget. The other is the R.A.T.S. Tax program.
Medicaid is a bare minimum Health Insurance program thats a Unfunded Mandate money pit for States. That they have to pay for out of they're General Revenue. And needs to be reformed to be cheaper.
