you know, its really damn suspicious that there was a table with cups of water between Mike Gravel, separating him from the rest of the candidates. It's obviously a tactic to play on your subconscious and give everyone the idea that Mike Gravel was not to be included or to be taken seriously.
many would call your comment paranoid and think that you're looking too far into things..i think it was a great point..very observant. i think it's damn good possibility the table was put there on purpose.
gravel was ahead of his time and talking about real long term problems while these boring morons were running for office by being politically correct instead of calling washington on it's shit. if gravel was president today he would punch the gop in the gut if they were trying to give him this nonsense no-threatment. how cool would that be.
If you think so, you should check out their stances on immigration.....Kucinich wants to keep the door open, and allow a flood of immigrants, Ron Paul wants to strengthen our borders, and discontinue amnesity for illigal immigrants.
Right Mike follow the Money! Fuck what anyone says! No excuses no lies will hold weight! Just follow follow follow the fuckin money!!!The truth will be there at the end of the money trail. Every time. You rule Mike!
Mike Gravel offers a combination of complete honesty coupled with real understanding and vision. He has the courage to face realities lesser politicians cant deal with.Vote Mike for President he is the only candidate who speaks like one.
Again...both Ron Paul and Mike Gravel are mirror opposites. Gravel is for a line item veto, whereas Dr. Paul would be against it since it's unconstitutional.
Remember, the constitution was specific in preventing a line item veto for the sole fact that it would give TOO MUCH power to the president.
America is as corrupt as any banana republic ever was. What you guys need is another revolution and to take back ownership of your own land from the parasites who run it at the moment.
The DNC really hates Mike. He's calling them on their corruption with the MIC and the HMO's. If the DNC doesn't get their heads out of the sand, we are going to lose our country if we haven't already.
Go to face book and vote for gravel on their pole. If you don't have an account just sign up so you can vote. For every vote facebook donates to his campaign. Thanks!
Thanks To You For ANOTHER Informative video Of Mike Gravel, that makes sense and it to the point. I wish You well, I see Gravel and Paul are Truly Concerned for Our great Country.
Mike Gravel and Ron Paul would Make a GREAT Running Team!!! A Truly Bi-Partisan Team ;-)
Everyone please do everything you can to get people to know who gravel is. Write to ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, any big talkshows -David Letterman, ext. It's very simple and quick, just go to their websites saying that you want ot see more Gravel.
If inaugurated, Gravel would be 78 at the time. Is this just something on his "to do" list, because I'd bet the farm, and a series of farms, he doesn't make it to 80.
Two candidates who voted to authorize the war in Iraq (Hillary and Edwards) now plan to team up probably against the real anti-war candidates (Obama, Biden, Gravel and Kucinich) whom she says are insignificant.
Scheming Hillary is clearly only concerned about winning.
blogs.abcnews. com / politicalradar / 2007/07/caught-on-tape- .
Obama has voted to fund the war on numerous occasions. Just because he decided to vote against it once on 5/27/07 does not make him an anti-war candidate. If Obama really wanted to end the war, he would have filibustered it.
The only thing Obama has in common w/ Gravel & Kucinich is that they're all democrats.
What Clinton & Edwards want is Kucinich and Gravel out of the debates. Obama has already been bought, so don't worry about him being excluded from any debate.
This guy is awsome. He's been fighting the good fight since Vietnam. I would love to see him move up the Democrat food chain and keep the contest real and honest.
Mike is the man! And he hit a nerve with Clinton there. The rest of them had the brains to not react as though they personally were being attacked. She was the only one who acted like she thought Gravel was goin for her personally. Can you say guilty conscience?
Hillary proceeded from this to be a typical politician saying that when Bill was in office we had a surplus, and "we can do it again with a democrat in office". Gravel then essentially injected something to the effect that they did it by raping social security.
I agree with that. I think we need to elect some real representatives that aren't always planning their answers based on polls and trying to give the people just enough to get elected. We need people that stick with principals. I think we can do better than the "top tier."
Hey everyone, go to eventful[dot]com and "demand" that Mike Gravel appear in your home city or close! it's very very easy! and tell as many people as you can!
its possible, if we flood and give them exposure.....ron paul is already making some hits, its time gravel gets his fair share too.....obama and gravel from the dems....
Did you notice, at the CNN debate, Gravel and Kucinich (best, but least likely to win) were placed at opposite ends, and Hillary was placed in the center with Edwards and Obama on either side. Heh.
I agree about line item veto. Perhaps a better plan would be to limit the size and scope of laws. I'm not a fan of Biden, but he had it right about public financing of elections.
Not sold on this one. The line item veto is a double edged sword; as good as it is bad. It depends on who is weilding it. I wold never want to give Bush a line item, so I wouldn't want to give it to anyone. I say let the Senate fight out the particulars and let the President veto the whole thing if that is his/her choice.
Gravel makes some good points about our messed up government and the situation we're in.
However Ron Paul has more economics and finance background, and i think his message is the most important one to hear now. "Return to limited constitutional government".
Voters need to start demanding that Federal government be cut back to it's legal limits.
Lets make a miracle happen and get Gravel and Paul through their primaries.
Ron Paul for President! Mike Gravel for Vice Preident! Dennis Kucinich to be the new War Czar! ...and Ralph Nader, secretary of sumptin. (a boy can dream can't he.)
Like everybody I was chocked to see the "hijacked planes" slam into the towers on that day. But when 2 hours later I saw the fist tower collapse, my blood almost froze inside my veins. Because, as a former metallurgy worker I KNEW that steel simply don't disintegrate. To cause steel to lose its integrity you need to subject it to temperatures far hotter than what was possible there. Not doubt this was the work of experts.
Also try find some original pictures of the planes that hit the towers and see if you don't notice something that doesn't belong to a civilian airplane.

Why did they put him on the outside of the other candidates, with a table seperating him from them? I think they wanted it to seem like he was not in line with mainstream thinking. And indeed he is not! Truth is not mainstream in the political world, and Mike Gravel stands for truth!
I feel sorry for Gravel. I checked out a Debate clock on Dodd's official site. Wolf Blitzer got 13 minutes to speak, while Gravel was given just 5 minutes.
Damn straight! You cant expect a politician who whores him or herself out to the tune of 20+ million dollars from special interest groups to do anything about ending the corruption in our government. The special interest groups and corporations have all the top-tier candidates by the balls, and Gravel is the only one who wont let them anywhere near him!
Does Ron Paul have Gravel's winning smile? Listen. Ron Paul may be an excellent candidate, but this guy, Gravel, he's got 72 years of life experience. He's the friendly guy who's not afraid to speak his mind when he's angry. He's got my vote. We need everyone together on this. We can't let Hillary take the White House, or we'd never have another woman president.
I agree that Mike is great but Ron has at least a small chance of winning. Ron is 71 so there is just about the same experience. Ron is a smart man and Mike may have a much bigger say in Government if Ron was president.
Very well. Luckily, they are on opposing parties, so if the Republicans nominate Ron Paul and the Dems nominate Mike Gravel, it's a win-win! Whoever wins, it's good for the country.
