Yes, a reptile vet that cares for MetroZoo's reptiles diagnosed him as having lower bowel cancer...plus, near the end, a tumor could be seen protruding from the anus. Reptiles can get cancer, just not all the forms that humans can get.
it was really done as a school project about family in movie class... I don't have any living human family, just my iguanas, so my teacher said to do them. Teach liked it, but no, it is not one of my best, I agree.
