{I'm not sure if this is the type of 'with'(indicating a possession of something/some kind by Karyu or Zero) that the particle is used for. So if anyone can clarify that, it would be great.I suppose "gurahoe/gurahoi" is an object of somekind}.

Hizumi asks the bystander person(probably the camera man) if he thinks it's a good('certain') idea.

And I guess after that they talk about certain people, since they address(from what I hear) several -san suffix'(manso-san)

Finally, Hizumi ends it with saying

"Well, for the moment{Meaning it is planned, but not written in stone}, in January we will be releasing the..." And obviously, poor hizumi gets tongue tied on kamikaze. "kamikaze album.By all means, please check it out.this was d'ray"

Yes, Hizumi said they will release their album in NA(maybe EU too, not sure, he didn't say anything about Europe) in January. Not sure if it's an EP(a single) or a full album. He didn't specify. He only said 'CD'.
