I am going to be producing typographical posters to bring back this classic film and give it life once again so that people want to watch the film. the joke is not "gays are stupid so lets laugh." this is dorothy, an iconic sweet innocent little good girl delivering hate speech. it's the opposite of what the audience expects. _that_ is the joke. the whole joke here is that dorothy is enraged and hates everything around her, not exactly the magical place from the original movie.

And a side note: Anne Hathaway who is supposed to play Judy Garland should take notes by the actress who plays Judy here. Even though it's a MAdTV skit, she really gets the accent and everything down to a T. I've never seen or heard anyone imitate Judy in the Wizard of Oz as good as this actress. And that actually goes for all the actors in this sketch. The one playing Glinda is unbelievably perfect.
