The rhino didnt do much there transports for the troops. Used as transports they can swing a battel in your favor very quickly. So why do people use them as tanks and do sweet nothing with them i have won loads of games useing them as troop transporters. The razorback can also be used as another transport to move devistator squads but there used as tanks

The Rhino was wrecked first turn, thats why the Marines were placed out on their sides like that so early on.

It is a 6 inch x 4 inch piece of wood, attached to a wodden table. The Terrain is almost all hand crafted by putting styrofoam 'rocks' on a plywood base, the trees being Aquarium plants.

GW makes a plastic, 6 peice, modular board that is completley made of plastic, and sells for about $270 US, but the table this was played on was completlety scratch built.

not when you do em right with interesting unique chapters i.e blood angels dark angels crimson fists raven guard each army requires you to use specialised styles like fats attacks for raven gaurd cqc for blood ravens mid range gun battles with dark angels and so on

i play crimson fists post rynns world so i cant just show up with a large battle force i need to deploy a infiltration size force or a tankless force makes it harder but fun especially when i killed abaddon the despoiler and battered back the black legion

Do you mean Orks and Imperial Guard?

Either way, which do you like better, in terms of looks? Also, if you take Imperial Guard, you have access to a whole ton of tanks, as well as troops, but with Orks, your basic guy is about half the cost of a Space Marine and a beast in Close Combat.

My best advice is don't paint three at a time. Paint all of them at the same time in an assembly line. If you're not that into the painting, use the painting guide that comes with the set you got (paint black, drybrush blue, paint guns metal colored). You can easily get all of your marines and tyranids done in 2-3 1 hour painting sessions this way. If you get more into it along the way go back and do the details at your leisure.

Don't get the Rulebook just yet. a New edtion is coming out July 10th. Then, get either the rulebook for $50, or buy Battle for Black Ridge (or something likethat) for $60. That comes with a smaller rulebook (in size and content) plus a legal Space Marine and Ork army.

I rarely play, but I still have fun because of the modeling and painting aspects of it. That is a question you have to ask yourself.

Hundreds of Warp Gates have been made and used, the Chaos Gods probably cannot leave the Warp. Why? Because they physical world cannot substain them. Even the Daemon Primarchs rarley leave the Eye of Terror because they ban barely be substained. The only one who has was Angron (who was sent back to the warp for 1,000 years and a day), and Magnus tried in the Space Wolf Omnibus.

Or Tyranids, or even necrons. Yes, the orks can anniahlate the imperium is EVERY SINGLE ONE bands together. But then the Hive Fleets will just get bigger and bigger, and roll over the Orks. Even after that, however, the tyranids always skipp Necorn Tomb Worlds, so Necrons will be last.

It is a mix of the Ultramarine and Salamanders Chapter of Space Marines, vs. Immperial Guard.

Im not sure the points, probably 1,500-2,000.

I don't think any of his models were painted.
