Gotta be cold when you're being held hostage by the U.S.S.R.
Thankfully no longer the case, but the effects are still felt.

@LittleJon2791 I should really say 'very reserved' Lithuanians are not prone to outbursts of great emmotions , but when you are trusted as a respectful person their hospitality knows no limits. THey would do amny thing for a friend of Lithuania
