due to spineless leadership of the police dept ,lower level staff of police seems very demoralized ,theese days any politician or influential person can beat up any policeman n get away with that , in most countries if police is attacked while they r on duty they r given the right to shoot the attacker in self defence , enough is enough the IG police of all 4 provinces shd tell their police force to stop being intimidated from mpa,s and mna,s n put the violaters in prison no exceptions
