@Knightmessenger pseudo 3D. The green 3D you see is to make Link to collide. Even if teh background is 2D, Link moves in a 3D space, so he need walls to hit and floors to walk, aswell as teh stairs.

i finally found a debug rom for this game, and i use project 64... and as soon as i open the rom, it just shows a black screen. so im wondering if i have to do anything else to get started with it.
