He has 7 to start with and shows her only 6. When counting 3 to his left hand you easily see how the third motion is different (he drops the 7th coin making it 4 in that hand now+3 left.) When he reveals, theres only 2 in his right hand (he palms the third very nicely) This palmed coin now becomes number 5 for his left hand. when he has 1 coin remaining(one palmed too), he places 6(5+palmed) in her hands quickly so she cant count and really drops coin #7 into pocket.
