Listerine strips are only for people who have week teeth. There is carbamperoxide in it which works slower and less effective than de normal peroxide

same stuff as crests' whitestrips, not worth it, all it is, is hydrogen peroxide and baking soda creating a chemical reaction which destroys the bacteria on your teeth, you could easily make a cheaper alternative, Hydrogen Peroxide + Baking soda = Peroxide Soda Paste, its just exactly what this is...
