Great Job with the level! But I have one question. How do you get the boss's life to drain so quickly. I keep trying to use your strategy of sitting on top of his head, but he never dies before the next spread comes and kills me. Any tips?

You need to hold down the C button (the button where you still move fast.) and tap the A button (the one where you slow down and the hit-box is shown.) to do extra damage.
Or if you prefer auto-fire settings, set a button to use Rapid Shot on setting 4 so you don't have to manually tap the button.
Also try to stay as close to the boss as you can. :)

Thanks for the tip! I'll try that next time! But I also just figured out that there's a little circle right in the middle of the green gem on his forehead that shoots the next spread. If you sit in just the right spot, the bullets just spread around you and you are completely safe. It's a good way to fill the screen with bullets right before he dies.

Oh, and I'm curious - do you use auto-fire settings? I can't exactly button mash, but it is something I want to improve on...

I use auto-fire, yes.
Shot = 4
Full Auto = 2
