  • Szukałam tego filmu około dwudziestu lat.Jest to najpiekniejszy film jaki kiedykolwiek ogladałam w swoim zyciu.Na tym filmie nawet facet twardziel puscił łze.Pozdrawiam

  • very sad movie...

  • Vivling at her best. She breaks your heart, over and over and over again.

  • 彼女の不幸には胸が痛む。スコットランドの上流社会の純粋主義のしからしむるところか。楽曲はbeautifulに尽きる。ありがとう。

  • She was so so beautiful

  • This is the most beautiful video! Thank you!

  • I just saw this movie for the first time and I can see why it is the favorite film of both Vivien Leigh and Robert Taylor. The story is just so enchanting and tragic at the same time... and it's something different. Definitely one of my new favorites.

  • Do people can love as that time...

  • Lovely, if tragic film. Both stars are excellent. Taylor said this was his favorite film. I can see why. Lovely montage with auld lang syne in the background. Poignant. Thank you.

  • Wonderful ! Tells the story of Waterloo Bridge in the time it takes for one beautiful song to play ...

  • No to jest nas dwoje.

  • Cudowne ,przepiękne ,idealne.

    Uwielbiam Vivien i Roberta.

  • I think this movie will always make me cry...it's simply wonderful, I love it!! thank you

  • me encanta esta pelicula, i love this movie

  • ...this is the place he imagines they live, where he started a journey, where the silence that hangs between trains after midnight reminds him the years she used to live here with him...and here he is, forty, fifty years later...it seems to him he did not really live through those days...he misses her so much...Thank you Beatavis!

  • @saguilars1 are they dead in this peace of video or what?

  • This is the best tribute to 'Waterloo Bridge' I have seen and it's mainly due to the wonderful original music.

I saw this film for the first time when I was 10 or 11 and loved it ever since. In Poland it was known as 'The Farewell Waltz' for some reason.

I can't help getting a little teary-eyed no matter how many times I see this wonderful masterpiece. So many unforgettable actors - Vivien Leigh, Virginia Field (Kitty), Maria Ouspenskaya (Madame) and Robert Taylor.

    Thank you for sharing!

  • There was never a story more sad: Than this story of Myra and Roy Cronin

My all time favorite movie! Makes Me Cry Everytime I Watch It:(

Vivien had a signature acting style, her eyes, her expressions, her passion and pain Unforgettable actress

  • @TheMayabella you cant forget her eybrows. every movie she has the eybrow thing going on

  • My god, I love this so much. Vivien's acting is just sheer excellence. I mean, her subtle facial expression from 1:04-1:10 tells so much. Thank you again for making this :) :hits favorites:

  • Such a great movie... Vivien Leigh was such an amazing actress :) The ending always makes me sad. Beautiful video, the song fits perfectly.

  • i love Vivien Leigh.

but it isnt true to say Scarlett O'Hara was a bad character because she played her very well. oh, and the melody of the soundtrack lookes ALOT like a dutch song called 'Wij houden van Oranje' from Andre Hazes... :S

  • I saw this film yesterday...again!

    :)

  • Can you imagine how vulgar this move would be if made today ? Almost surely, It would be loaded with hype, violent recriminations, profanity and ugly music. They seemed to have lost the art of understatement, nuance, and beauty.

  • I loved Waterloo Bridge and thought she was charming in it. This is the Vivien Leigh I enjoyed, not that silly Scarlet O'Hara.

  • A very well done clip. Condensing the whole story.

  • Какая прелесть - Вивьен! А клип получился таким трогательным, что у меня даже мурашки бегали все эти минуты, пока я его смотрела. Спасибо за это чудесное видео!

  • Vivien is so stunning; she is refinement and elegance personified. The books I've read about her mention that she was quite self-conscious about her hands (thought they were too large) and her neck (too long). Hard to believe anyone this beautiful could have those doubts- especially the neck - any ballet professional would kill to have a graceful neck like hers! This is an unforgettable film; makes me think of my parents, and how difficult things were for so many during WWII. Thanks for posting!

  • Where did you get the MP3 from? I can't find Waterloo Bridges soundtrack anywhere and this is such a pretty song.

  • There is no Waterloo Bridges soundtrack.

But you can use AceDvD Audio Extractor in order to receive audio from DVD format.

  • Aw man. I only have it on tape. I'll have to get it's DVD now.

  • @Beatavis if its this song ur after u can prob find it if u look up auld lang syne

  • @Dylax16874 this is an instrumental version to the original song : Auld Lang Syne. Search it here on youtube and you will find numerous links :)

  • I first saw a photo of Vivien in a book of portraits of famous actors/actresses and was taken aback by her beauty.

I saw this film in 1984 and it was the first time I had seen and heard moving images of her.I still remember how I got butterflies

in my stomach as if I was actually meeting her.

This is a wonderful film and is my personal favourite of Vivien's films.

  • Thank you very much for your wonderful comment. Anastasia from Russia (here must be a smile or a sign of a smile).

  • I have to tell you that I cried all over this BEAUTIFUL clip, I have this movie, and watch many times, but you did a great job. • This song has a very special meaning to me. My father used to love to listen to this song and I lost him last year. Now, every time I hear this song, I miss my father terribly.

Vivian is hypnotically beautiful. I find her totally mesmerizing. What an astonishingly beautiful lady! I wish I could have met her, too bad she lived years before my time.
