Yay! My favorite part of the band, the drum line! I love sitting in the stands and listening to them marching their way up to the stadium. It gets ya hyped for the game (that and the pep rallies)! It's awesome how theylet them go through the halls playing b4 a pep rally now. Then u could really here 'em. I almost got run over one time actually... oh well XD they still awesome lol! KJ, how's is goin'? You nailed it with the old cadences, most were old Hebert ones (Funk Train, Triplets, Whole Thang, Breakdown, Pleasure, Snake) but me, Steve, Eric, you... we all wrote some back in 92-93 (Choppin Broccoli, Vomit God).
Nice new equipment, not that crappy old Pearl stuff we played on.
Ya'll need to tighten up those snare drummers, sounds like a sloppy popcorn machine.
Nah Scotty I'm not starting a flame war I'm just stating fact. The problem with alot of youngsters these days is that they tend to pop off alot and not really know what they are talking about, basically commenting on what they THINK they know without researching.
well my misinformed friend you are right about Central not being the "shit" because they are about one step above West Brooks line. but as far as Ozen is concerned they ARE and they have the hardware (trophies and awards) to prove it
as far as Southeast Texas goes they are the most technical and innovative Drumline around

Those just can't be in the same sentence with "Ozen". Since we're talking about schools...BISD could be so much more without Carol Thomas in there. Hopefully you realize that. He gets paid way too much for what little he does for BISD. Yeah, I know, I'm getting away from topic here, but just had to vent a little.
In my experience when someone hates this much its usually because they are a victim of the program and its mere jealousy Because if they were that bad, You wouldnt use that much energy to make that point

To be perfectly honest, I really could care less about West Brook at this point. I went there several years ago and enjoyed it but it's in the past now. If you're really 33, which I find hard to believe, then why do you care to start an argument about a high school? Just browsing around youtube all day trying to start an argument with someone... Thats pretty sad if you ask me...

I'm a active percussionist who has played for over 20 years and counting so I think I know more about the subject that you.
