Oh, no doubt. Spencer looks like a very disciplined martial artist. Plus, I believe that a person who can take punishment can also dish it out as well.
You know Sensei. Regarding the time I was attacked by three guys, if it were not for being conditioned to take punishment in the dojo, I would not have had a chance with those roughnecks.....I would've been an easy prey!

Katas such as tekki(naihanchi) are good for building hip and leg strength. As far as speed its mainly about timing. Keep training and good luck.
