However, thats not a good name to use in the music industry....its too misleading, and likely to get one sued if it all goes to shit and worst comes to worst...

I don't think it's likely that anyone will get sued... you can't help the name you were born with. Given how many people there are in the world, and the relatively few names that are given to people, it's inevitable people will end up with the same name and surname AND play the same instrument. Neither party needs to change their name in my view. Your name of 'baybeerayper,' however, was a name you specifically chose, and a slightly disturbing one at that!
