  • lol random black guy

  • the fuck is wrong with you? you cant cut bootie brown!

  • great job man, the rap part just ruins the song if you ask me

  • omg......2-D couldnt get cuter in this video if he tried :^; *grabby hands*

  • I LOVE NOODLE!!!!!!!!!

  • At night I hear the shots Ring so I'm a light sleeper The cost of life, it seems to get cheaper out in the desert with my street sweeper The war is over So said the speaker with the flight suit on Maybe to him I'm just a pawn So he can advance Remember when I used to dance Man, all I want to do is dance
  • In my backpack I got my act right In case you act quite difficult And your resolve weaken With anger and discontent Some are seeking and searching like Nimoy I'm a peace-loving decoy Ready for retaliation I change the whole occasion to a pine box six-under Impulsive don't ask why or wonder Orders given to me is: strike and I'm thunder with lightning fast reflexes on constant alert from the constant hurt that seems limitless with no dropping pressure
  • i listened to the song it was great without the rap

but the stupid fuckin random black guy joke

isn't thaT one a little played out

but also one of those funny things that allows racists to keep being racist under the radar?

don't be a pussy about it

  • what kinda racist bullshit is this

  • If you read the rap lyrics you will understand why it's there in the first place. (It's about being at war in Iraq/Afghanistan)

  • I love how the "random black guy"/Bootie Brown and Russel pretty much kidnaps all those little kids into the vehicle in the end xD

  • @massacre1nthese9eyes But it was a rescue D: that's why 2-D fired the flare gun at the beginning

  • this is the first video that i have seen the very end......every other vid cuts it off!!!!! :DDD

  • Fuck, why are there no versions of the music video here WITH the rap?

  • @Ivyyyn because most people didnt like it

  • @Ivyyyn Idk i noticed that, all of them are not uploaded for us...,aybe cause he did a Bush reference..

  • <3 NOODLE! :D

  • I immediately loved this song just cuz I love the higher notes 2D sings :3 I dunno, I'm a fan of soprano and falsetto and stuff over alto/baritone type...stuff.

I am so great with words.

  • Nice edit- I dig Bootie but I thought they kind of jammed him into this song....

  • @GrassValleyGreg I'm not the only person that giggled when reading "I dig bootie" right

  • @MrDrNoroi hahaha no you are not

  • @MrDrNoroi

    Haha

  • XD lol 2D dancing O-O

  • Very good edit !!!

  • Did anyone else notice at 3:05 Murdoc slaps a kid in the head

  • y is he shirtless.... nice body

  • OMFG ITS NOODLE O:

  • more like why was the kids there o.O

  • Y was 2-D with kids?

  • What does this song have to do with Dirty Harry?

  • @Ozzmosisf35

What does "Clint Eastwood" have to do with Clint Eastwood?

  • I love the derpy expressions 2D has in this video. XD

  • those two were going at it

  • I love 2-D. He should be like, a babysitter or something. He's apparently pretty good with kids.

  • monkey with a hat alwas wins to :D

  • Thee lizard with a hat always wins. :{D

  • i like the lizard the best :D

  • 3:05 Murdoc smacks a kid lol

  • RAP=Retards Attempting Poetry

  • I fucing hate rap, when I can't understand any of the words coming from someones mouth, they shouldn't be rapping.

  • awesome like it without rap! sounds better!

  • i like how you guys aare agruing over 2who's a greater underground rapper lol

  • I love how people are arguing about the very thing that was taken out of this video.

  • I'm sorry... did that kid at 2:01 eat a piece of shit?

  • You did a good job cutting out the rapper. I'll give you props for that. Those of you who say that this rapper sucks though need to seriously learn your schooling. It is Bootie Brown, one of the members of Pharcyde, a 1990s rap group that helped shape a lot of underground rap/hiphop. He is a underground legend up there with De La Soul (not quite though)

  • @eternal0star Thank you for driving the bus and taking these kids to school.

  • @eternal0star THANK YOU finally someone knows something everytime i try to explain this they just ignor me

  • @eternal0star i respect your knowledge on subjects such as music, but if we're listening to this song WITHOUT rap we probably dont care about details such as this

  • @LordKakzu I think the point he is making is that you should listen to the rapper. I hate when people complain about the rap in Gorillaz songs. They are a god damn trip hop band, and almost half of their songs include rap parts. If you don't like the rap in gorillaz songs then you pretty much don't like the gorillaz.

  • @eternal0star He wa alo I Aesop Rock's Music Video "Freeze" as a surprise for fans juust sayi

  • @animatorguy2 who taught you how to spell?

  • Man, I love me some Del, MF Doom, etc... but this rapper sucks.

  • I think my computer just orgasmed.

  • Currenly, Im obsessed with the Gorillaz, And this was the first video i ever saw. And Erm, I thought Russel was a Pedophile o.o

  • lolol Random black guy

  • 0:45 2D looks so happy when he plays music! :)

  • the random black guy is russ.

  • its awsome how hes about to rap then it cuts to heyyy

  • Comment removed

  • every time i hear this song i dance like 2-D

  • 2:07-2:09 epic lizard

  • lol random black guy

  • @piwiwito He's white. Why do you think most Gorillaz rap are shit?

  • @Populazy3 Lol idiot

  • @Populazy3 Well you must be retarded because a white dude has never actually rapped on any Gorillaz song. They usually get MF Doom, De La Soul, or Fatlip. Who are all incredible, so idk how the hell you could say they're shit. Also, you're incredibly ignorant to say that a white guy rapping must be shit. Look up Slug, Brother Ali, Eminem, Eydea, and Evidence. All outstanding white rappers.

  • @ZigZagOfficialTV Beastie Boys. One of the only white rappers that is not only good on their own but heavily influenced many of the greatest rappers of all time (NWA - Straight outta compton is one of the most famous rap albums of all time and features a TON of beastie boys samples.)

  • @eternal0star Straight Outta Compton was actually the first Hip Hop album I ever listened to when I was 12, and trust me ik they sampled the Beastie Boys a lot, but, all the Beastie Boys really did was break the color barrier in Hip Hop. Eminem is deff 100x more influential in Hip Hop then them. But, then again, Em wouldn't have probably gotten a chance at rap if the Beastie Boys hadn't made it ok to be a white rapper in previous years

  • @ZigZagOfficialTV Sorry but you are wrong on this. License to Ill was the first "gangsta" rap album. Snoop Dogg has said on numerous occasions that Paul Revere was one of his biggest influences in rap. Beastie boys pioneered the usage of samples in hiphop. Chuck D also has stated that beastie boys beats were the best in hiphop.

  • @eternal0star hahah you're crazy as hell. License To Ill wasn't the first gangsta rap album because it's not gangsta rap. Ice T is widely considered to be the first gangsta rap artist, while Straight Outta Compton made the sub genre popular. The Beastie Boys aren't gangster, but they don't claim to be. Idk how the hell you thought they were lol and I agree that they influenced a lot of people in the next generation of rap, but Kendrick Lamar, J Cole, Chris Webby, & Jay-Z have ALL

  • @ZigZagOfficialTV Bull, biggest artist of all time in hip hop sure. Most influential? No. Sorry, Run DMC has held that crown for decades.

Also, for gangsta rap both Rolling Stone Magazine and the book "Icons of Hip Hop" discuss the creation of gangsta rap with License to Ill being mentioned as either the first gangsta rap album or the precursor blueprint for it.

  • @eternal0star I would put Run DMC up there with Pac & Em as being most influential, but why the hell would you take Rolling Stone's opinion on Hip Hop? They listed Run DMC as they greatest Hip Hop act of all time in 08, and i'm sorry, Run DMC's legendary, but they're nowhere near the greatest ever

  • @eternal0star Stated before that anybody who made Hip Hop music after 1999, was influenced by Eminem. He's the single most influential artist of all time in Hip Hop besides Tupac. Get your facts straight.

  • May I just ask why Noodle is so cute in this video?

  • Thats the exact face I make when a keyboard pops out of the ground in the desert too

  • 0:44

    .....stoned?

  • @KasplazmTV its the VevoGorillaz(official) version that's not available in the U.S. Maybe that's what he meant.

  • I'd pay 2D to watch my kids any day.

  • like if your still watching it in 2012 ;D

  • And actually, he IS rapping about the war. "The cost of life seems to get cheaper out in the desert with my street sweeper. The war is over, so said the speaker with his flight suit on, maybe to him Im just a pawn so he can advance." How the hell do people not like that? Thats probably the coolest rap Ive ever heard.

  • I think the rap part is what ties this song together. And from what it sounds like, hes rapping about war. Which isnt bad. Maybe hes singing about the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Not all rap is bad. Shit like Lil Wayne is what gives rap a bad name. At least in this song, the rap isnt like "All dem hoes, I gotz beer, yea fuck yall, Im duh best." and its NEVER been like that in a Gorillaz song. Gorillaz arent that stupid.

  • 0:33 Rapeface XD

  • @KasplazmTV I think he means the VEVO version, I'm in the U.S. and it is always unavailable for me too. This one is ok though.

  • At 3:04 Did Any One Else See Murdoc Hit That Kid? LOL.

  • @LoveCupcakeDio32 I know! I lol'd. Hard.

  • @ShadowFanGirl237 Hahh Yeahh c:

  • ...without the rap its an instrumental basicaly...

  • @pallydf90 Technically no, 2D and the kids are singing, but there is no rapper, I kinda like it better that way, I like both but this is my preference.

  • Gorillaz without rap is like spaghetti without meatballs...and I'm not even a huge rap fan.

  • Hmm. I believe the rap is actually pretty good. Mind you, I'm not into rap at all. But like Maniac7575 said, they aren't rapping about sex, bitches, fame, money, or drugs. It has meaningful lyrics, therefore, I think it's kinda cool.

  • @KasplazmTV sweet! thanks!

  • actually, the rap in gorillaz videos is actually good.it has meaning.not like now, were rap is all about, bitches, money, fame, and sex

  • Is there a Feel Good Inc without rap?....

  • I think this song was in the new Karate kid movie, only it was in Chinese.

  • 2-D = best baby siter ever!

  • You took out the best part? Why?

  • they made the song the way they did

  • @KasplazmTV there is another one that you can watch here (tell me if i used their right lol)

  • @cpackwood1 their is possesive, they're is athey are and there is refering to a noun

  • @KasplazmTV go to vevo version, says not avail in country

  • I want a random black guy now thnx...

  • @KasplazmTV the official link on the Gorillaz VEVO page isn't available in the US for some reason, the full version.

  • @KasplazmTV Oh sorry I was wondering why the original music video (with the rap) wasn't uploaded in the US ^^; sorry my bad I didn't make that clear DX Thanks for uploading this tho!

  • why isnt this available in the u.s.?

  • random black guy

  • OH THANKS! i`m not racist but that fucking raper ruins it!

  • LML AT THE PART 3:02 (random black guy XD)

  • I like to feel like all the rappers hate how Gorillaz spend so much time in the recording studios, so they just come in and randomly start rapping during the coffee breaks.

  • See, I fucking love songs like Clint Eastwood and Feel Good Inc.. I didn't mind the rap part of this song too much until I saw the video. The rapper is way out of place, and all things considered, his part is the worst part of this song. I like it without him.

  • thank you i feel like that rapper ruins it :P

  • @CollinsYoshiEGG In my backpack

    I got my act right

In case you act quite difficult

    And your resolve weakens

    With anger and discontent

Some are seekin' in search of like Nimoy

  • @CollinsYoshiEGG It does

  • @CollinsYoshiEGG

That's what happens when you don't understand the depth of the rap.

    Oh well, ignorance is bliss.

  • @CollinsYoshiEGG Sucka dick bitch.

  • @Swaggedoutspartan hey asshole next time but a space in front of "SUCK" and "A"

  • wow this is 10x better without the rap

  • @rayray66 You can sucka dick too.

  • Murdoc: terrorizing kids everywhere

  • Dude, 2-D is so awesome he can conjure keyboards

  • @CPblacksabath yes, the lyrics in the rap compose the "soul" of the song, but without the rap its just pure beat, which is also good...

  • @CPblacksabath The rap fucking sucks. It's the shit that ruins Gorillaz's songs.

  • @CPblacksabath Source*

  • @CPblacksabath That's just your opinion. Go listen to the full version if it bothers you so much.

  • just some random black guy

  • Comment removed

  • random niggah~?

  • @Ahhhpickles indeed, her 30 seconds of appearance are the cool parts of the video LOL Tho all the video is awezum x)

  • SMH. Gorillaz OBVIOUSLY put the Booty Brown for a reason... too blind. TOO blind.

  • Kid eats the poop at 2:00

  • I think Rap is what fucks every Gorillaz song...

  • @nastyplot555 not on Feel Good Inc and Clint Eastwood, I thought the rap was actually cool there.

  • @FaceFrost5 same here :P

  • @nastyplot555 I honestly don't mind the rap it's just this song. Cause the rapper is out of tune and sound like he has a monkey in his pants

  • @nastyplot555 what kind of fuck, butt fuck or mind fuck... yeah... it exists

  • @nastyplot555 m.. i just thing that is in this one the others are pretty cool with rythm but the rap of this songs pretty fucming sucks

  • @nastyplot555 its not every song, sometimes the raps r rly good like in feel good inc. and clint eastwood, it just ruins this song tho

  • soooooooo much better without that shitty sounding rapper!!!

  • 1:40

    Idk Why

But I'm So Turned On Right Now .

  • I ♥ 720p

  • so much better without that rap

  • 2:43 YOU FUCKED IT UP!!!!!!!!!!

  • @TwOtHpAsTe The title is clear, (No Rap) :p

  • @ooalexblueoo i thought it was a mistake. but no, it was destroyed. fuck all of you and all you stand for

  • @TwOtHpAsTe Uh kay, fuck you too :)

  • Comment removed

  • you took out the most powerful part of this song you idiot

  • Comment removed

  • I love rap, but it's right that the rap part from this track is bad, it's better without it.

  • there are two fezzes in this video
