Arent u supposed to put ur hands more above the knee cuz if its on the knee then the kneecap could pop out if bases fall and grab the flyers need it has happened before so watch out for that!!!

this was my very first stunt where i was a flyer. no i didnt use a backspot but ttheyu r good just in case :) the video is called basic cheerleading an dif u r learning its helpful

this is dumb lol when i first started cheerleading *in 4th grade* i had to do a frigging basket toss.. and it wasnt competition cheerleading.. it was for little league sports O_o loooool
