This is obviusly fake. notice that the cubboard only opens and never closes. it only opens and then closes by a "spring-effect". (try and do that with a closet, open the door quickly and the hinges will thrust it back)...

Look at 1:24, where the thing fell down. the box on the floor suddently moves when the fishing line is pulled while it rests above it.

look at 1:27, the pack moves while resting on the string that is attached to the Trash bin. fake.

I think the reason you see more of it now is two reasons, one, there was no Youtube before four or 5 years ago, ie no outlet for people to post these videos. Second, video cameras have become more common in the past couple of years. I mean today practically every mobile phone has a video camera, where as even two or three years ago, hardly any mobile phones had video cameras. More cameras means more footage captured of paranormal.
