Jlcart51, thank you and I am glad that you got it. You know out there in the world, there are so many complicated information out there because a few people made wrong information about Deafhood. That is really very sad but we will do our best to protect best interest of Deaf people! Thanks
Hi LSmae3, yes I want to have more hearing people to understand us through workshops. They have told me how appreciate they have for the workshop. Yes we still believe Deaf people are strongly encouraged to understand the concept of Deafhood.
Hi ASLElla, yes it is important to recognize diversity of human races. We make sure that they will be provided information to meet their needs of knowledge and awareness. Thanks!
Hi Deafgoldenhair, thank you for your response. I am pleased that we open our minds. Yes we can agree or agree to disagree. That is part of our process. Of course we don't solve problems overnight. It takes years and years to overcome old problems but will face new ones. That is what humanity is all about.
Many thanks for a lot of information and explaining more details about Deafhood Foundation. Your vlog is very good and very clear up for all the people get understood. YouTube link is "A open letter to Deafhood Foundatation" yesterday.
Thank you for clear up the air. I also left her a message and I hope she will publish. Told her that my university will have Deafhood allies workshop for hearing people that work in deaf field. A lot of misconceptions are still floating...
I really appreciate your answer to my questions and keep it in open minded. I just made another video called "Dear Ella again...". Let me know what you think of my suggestion?
Thanks Deafchipmunk for sharing the information on how the locals plan the workshop in their state and contact Deafhood Foundation for setting up workshops and reps. I have a feeling that some people think the Foundation has few staff like up to ten people but it is not, right? There's more people working there?
