I believe that multi-culturalism is the best system for everyone, regardless of their ethnicity. It's commonly considered that Japan is a racist country. By your reasoning, that would be impossible: Japan is mostly Japanese. It is however, fact. There are campaigns currently in the works to reduce this sentiment in Japan - as the birth rate of Japan is very low, and the country is in dager of depopulation.
