one more thing, when you go for the accents at 15", make sure your 15" height is EXACTLY vertical every time. Something that a lot of ppl do is they over extend and their stick will go past the vertical angle, which can cause some phasing in attacks. The specific height/angle is dependent on the BC technique, but you wanna make sure its the same every time. watch Cavies 08 drum break, keep an eye on the snares when they do the 15" diddles to singles. They all keep the exact same 15" height.
A little too much movement on your left arm when coming in for the accents, and control the diddles a little more, you're kinda just dropping em. Overall, just control your arm movement (mainly your left hand)
dont work so hard for your lower levels, especially on the right. the 3" level seems distorted and would cause some balance issues. your hands are probably developed to the point where you dont need to force 3" doubles out. Watch those heights after accents.
@awefi thanks I've been working a lot on accent and tap height because i realized i was in fact distorting the accent with my technique like you said. its been getting a lot better. Thank you!!
Really good sounds man. Doesnt phase out and you keep a solid tempo through out. But for me when I work on paradiddles im very obsessive about the distinct height difference between my inner beats and my accents. If you work on that then theres no way they can knock your audition when you play this.
Could I has sheet music? I'll trade something for it.
