Video descriptions themselves don't factor in, they're shit is too sophisticated to bother with petty descriptions ;).

@TheJantjewillem oh but if you're asking howto put copywritten music into videos. Your best bet is probably to pick the (music) publisher well, stay away from crazy publishers. It's always the publisher that pulls these "NO MUSIC FOR YOU!" tantrums. The artists themselves don't give a shit, they love the publicity. The Old Publishers are the crazy ones that have sudden fits, they're the ones behind SOPA/PIPA. They should all die in fires.
