Damn, that sucks. I cut my hand pretty bad a month or two back, right at the knuckle of my index finger. Not a lot between the bone and the surface, so, my knuckle got a bit of fresh air. Thankfully I just missed the ligaments, so I just went down to the hospital and got it glued (They were gonna stitch it, but my hand had been stabbed enough that day, thank you very much) Was fine up until getting it glued, which hurt like hell. Stiff for the next week or two but fine besides. Good luck!

Always happens. I was workin @ a hardware store & cutting some rope with a not very sharp knife(not sharp cuz I use it a lot without sharpening) & I'm cutting 1/2" nylon rope. Dude says "don't cut yourself" I say "i'll be okay" & yeah, I got a lil bite. Nothing serious, but it still sucked cuz of how it happened. I was being safe with how I was cutting the rope too, but the blade didn't cut all the cores and slid into my finger. Shit happens.

Grabit hold it wait 2 minutes then look after the shock settles. Sterile strips are cool. and that stretchy gauze is super cool, all knife owners should keep some on hand. So you can put it on your hand lol. and some Triple A too.

once I knife bites you your supposted to keep it j/k looks like it will heal just fine we had a kid in highschool nail his hand to a wall w/ a nailgun hell uva it was he was holding the board in place from the back got in a rush and just tried to put a few nail in it rapidly missed and put like 4 nails in his hand we had to cut a peice of the wall out w/ a sawzaw so they could tranfer him to the er w/ the board still nailed to his hand we always told him now he knew how Jesus felt

I was cutting a piece of plastic like a dumbass once and I slice my finger open on the knuckle and I cut off a sliver of my knuckle and I had to get 4 stitches and it took me like 3 week to me able to bend my finger all the way.

Recently I accidentally jabbed a knife into my left index finger, and it only stopped until after it penetrated into the bone, and it was bleeding so bad that all I could do was grab a dixie cup and held my finger in the cup while I searched for my large first aid kit. by the time I was able to get the bandage in place I had filled the cup 1/4 of the way with blood (it was kind of deep). so I took a pic and sent it to a friend.. lol as a partial hand amputee I didn't expect that much blood.
