Guys i have seen this video before and the truth is very funny. It is in fact a turtle shaped inflatable beach toy. You can see it pretty clearly at 1:28 (the head is on the bottom and you can see the brown shell). That is why "ITS GREEN!". The original posters of this video posted a follow up vid verifying that it was a turtle beach toy. Im sorry if that disappoints anyone but its the truth :-) I will try to find the follow up vid and post a link.
