i heard someone had called 911, 30 mins before the derailment and told the operator that the tracks were submerged in water and to call the proper authorities. they checked the 911 records and someone did. someone is gonna be screwed over this incident that could have been stopped

The tracks were washed out from all of this crazy rain; we had 3.5 inches in an hour!!

My whole yard was like a pond!! We lost our drivway from the rain!!

Oh no!!! We had new trees planted, and they were all down so we had to replant them. Sorry about your drive!!! That train wreck was nasty!! I never heard if there were injuries.

That is so sad!! I heard one eye witness talk about people int he cars waiting were burned. Man, I hope they will all recover well.
