  • Hi! I would like go and stay in korea, but people close to me, say me, don't do it. Because, Koreans are racist and homophobic. So, what's your recomendations, thanks :D

  • People shouldn't treat anyone that sins like a leper, not because we all sin or because we all have our own habitual battles with weakness BUT because it doesn't make them a bad person or jerk necessarily, so why exclude? Do we have to say all the other reasons that's wrong, when this fact is in our faces? If they are habitual liar, that's a different for me. I don't condone bad behavior, that's not love, but remember: God may not love what your DOING, but He does LOVES YOU. We can help others.

  • I agree with you all we can do is show the love to them then when they receive the holy spirit they will want to reform not just for gays for anyone who what's to receive the love of christ..

  • I so agree with all you said. I like your vids!!

  • AMEN!!! 6:44

    Thank you for saying that.

  • You have great morals

    Subscribed!

Are you in the TaLK program?

  • @flashatizer

if you believe it's a sin that's fine I respect that but the only problem i have is the way people express their disagreements....I'm not big of religion...I was raised in a loving christian home but i'm not religious. As for the bible I BELIEVE (you obviously do) that the bible is the word of man....not God himself...anybody can say they feel compelled by God to do something, that's why people do bad things in the name of God (like bombing abortion clinics and Al-quida)....

  • @myronmlawing

    part 2

but if you take the bible WORD FOR WORD then ALOT of us would have been stoned to death (eating shellfish and working on a sunday....shaving our facial hair....wearing mixed blended fabrics)....but again if you believe it to be real I would NEVER try to take someones faith from them.

As for God..(these are MY feelings agree or disagree) I feel that my existance is not a mistake and I believe that we are all blessed to be different....My difference is just misunderstood

  • @myronmlawing

    part 3

the key word is Belifs.....I respect everyones views but people need to be careful.....Look at all the teens committing suicide b/c they can't take the society we live in....some not all christians play a huge role in Homophobia...they want to use God's good name to justify their own hatred.

finally again I respect everyone's views and opinions but sometimes we need to walk a mile in others shoes to understand

  • @myronmlawing Respect. God is love and His grace is sufficient. No matter the person, no matter the issue. He meets everyone where they are at and begins His work from there via relationship. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!! LOL Thanks for watching, and ur input is welcomed:)

  • In addition, I've walked YEARS in the shoes of homosexuality and I too am ALL about RELATIONSHIP cuz religion is mans concept on what true relationship is all about. Also, Im not NOR have ever said that you should be judged by man. In fact, God has already judged you and sent JESUS to die for you ANYWAY, to count you GUILTLESS! I was ref to both church folk, gay folk, and orange folk, that Jesus Christ did the complete work on the cross on manifests that inside of us via Holy Spirit...

  • (2) Therefore WE (humans) need to simply lead people to the cross and then MOVE OUT OF THE WAY. No excuses from either side. Only LOVE (which is God). Through it ALL that needs to be fixed, healed, revealed, etc will be done. Again, that's the BEAUTY of GRACE! We r all BORN in sin and shaped in iniquity, yet Christ died anyway and to restore us ALL of ANYTHING that's NOT like reflective of Him. Hence, becoming BORN AGAIN. It really is a quite simple solution. Im personally thankful for that:)

  • @myronmlawing

    opps..

I meant, so what does homosexuality mean to you as the Bible says it is a sin? Sorry, major English fail.

  • Wow! Great view on Christian Homosexuality, I agree 100%. Can you do a video on on your personal experience with homosexuality? I'd love to hear it. I also am born again from this sin. :)

  • @flashatizer I kinda hit the hightlights here, but I can gladly inbox you:) If I get more requests, then I'll do a whole vid about it for sure!

  • Wow, I admire your video because you include Christ in what you do!

And when you said, "I'm gay because I was born this way..." and answerd, "then be born again!" I like that!!! I'm going to use that!

  • @Iheartnihon True Story! Even the Bible says that because of Adam, we are all BORN in sin and shaped in iniquity. But that the BEAUTY OF GRACE!!!! Christ died ANYWAY! Gotta love that dude!

  • I disagree with you my dear...i do NOT like females and I KNOW i never will and I have a personal relationship with him and my faith has gotten me through so tough times...but I agree God is love and he and HE ALONE is the judge of us all...He knows me more than ANY human living on this earth...we all need to agree to disagree and make the world a better place.

  • @myronmlawing Your comment really touched me. I can see your pain through these words. I have a question, your comment it seemed like you feel like people judge you which happens and we can't do anything about it but what about God? Where do people get these ideas from and them screw up and then wreck lives? I believe that it is a sin to be homosexual because the Bible says so, so my question is, You said God alone is the judge so, what does the Bible says about homosexuality, mean to you?

  • lmao That's how it was for me when I lived in Spain. I was constantly hit on by old men.

  • @ERGSEG SO creeeepy!!! Like the old guy from Family Guy!

  • I can't say I agree a 100% on your view of homosexuality but appreciate and respect your opinion.

  • @Doremi11 Respect. God is love and His grace is sufficient. No matter the person, no matter the issue. He meets everyone where they are at and begins His work from there via relationship. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!! LOL Thanks for watching, and ur input is welcomed:)

  • thanx for sharing about your views on homosexuality ^-^ people need to hear this...

old men hit on me too, I'm not sure why . maybe the old men in korea think that black women are sluts... are easy compared to korean women, who knows...

  • why are you in Korea??

  • @07luvable why not?

  • @zackisverybored no no no!!! I didn't mean it like that!!! hahaha i ment what is the reason behind her being there . like for fun or a job, yah know ??

  • @07luvable OH ok lmao. it just sounded kinda rude the way you said it. i gotcha.

  • @zackisverybored i was thinking along with you!! lol, yea this not being able to tell emotion in text can be confusing!! LOL

  • @07luvable lol.... i kinda thought you were being rude as well. but i came here as a teacher and now I have a company here :) Thanks for watching by the way! ((2 thumbs up))

  • lol old men approach me too

  • ahahaha girl you is funny! get it w. yo boo thaaang! :)

  • Interesting! In Japan, On Valentine's Day the girl gives chocolates to the boy, and on White Day, he returns the favor.

And I agree with you. We definitely need to show the love of Christ, and that's with anyone, so that they can be saved. Keep up the good work. :3

  • @Kokujin21 I thought thats what I said, I'll have to rewatch! LOL But yes, its the same here in SoKo. Are you in Japan?? ANd yes, salvation from a life without Christ is so life changing ;)

  • @AbatarTeacher lol, I think I heard the reverse.

In my dreams and imagination, I'm in Japan. Every time I eat a wagashi, it's like I'm taken to Japan....in my mind...for a moment. xD I am taking Japanese, though.

  • @Kokujin21 Thats cool! I'm getting ready to take a corse in Korean at the university near my house:)

  • @AbatarTeacher That's fun. I was teaching myself the Korean alphabet. Almost memorized it until it started talking about light and dark vowels. Evil and good vowels, ne? God bless you on that endeavor! =D

  • Girl I have the same problem with old men!!!!!! Everywhere I go old men wanna talk with me and wanna get to know me better, crap....

  • @jamaicankorean Girl, it just never ends! I think "dirty old men" is a universal thing! LOL... That or they are just old enough to see what a great catch we are!!! ~.~ These young ones are sleeping on us! LOL

  • Crystal Kay

  • @faith543 Yes, I think shes a GREAT singer:)

  • *I wanna hang out with you when I get to Korea! Lol you go to a church there?

  • @sintaeyong KAPSHIDA!! (let's go! in Korean) When are you coming!? And yes, I actually have some vids posted with the Assistant Pastor from my church. But, I'm in the process of starting an "international fellowship" Same word, just a western flavor of worship (i.e. Hillsong, David Crowder, Tye Tribbet, etc...) I believe that variety in worship is an opportunity for Christ meet everyone where they are via the beauty/power of music! So yep&stuff I'm just glad 2 be a part of wht Gods doin here :)

  • @AbatarTeacher Im in the TaLK program for a year and I'll be there for orientation the second week of February!!!!! That sounds awesome!

  • I wanna n

  • @sintaeyong shes half black and korean she sings in japanese

  • @faith543 What? lol who is?

  • @TheShaqualee Hey there:) Check out a girl named Crystal K. She half black and half Japanese. She's pretty famous and can really sing!!!

  • By the way, how annoying is this word limit? XD

  • @ktishme I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A MILLION THUMBS UP THAT POST!! SO INCREDIBLY ANNOYING! and I just wasted a few characters saying that! But I was trying to make a pint! Maybe youtube will read this and change it! :) YEAH RIGHT!

  • To end this rant, I'm sorry that you felt like you had to change yourself for religious beliefs. And I'm sorry if this feels like an attack(???) I just absolutely disagree.

Maybe if we were all born a couple years later, 10, 20 years even, we'd be laughing about how ridiculous we were being about homophobia. How "immoral" it was. Like how we know now how bad it was to own slaves or abuse woman's rights. Anyway, things will change. :\

  • @ktishme You're sweet. I can tell you are being sincere. But don't feel sorry for me! :) I'm not! :) And, no I don't feel attacked. I've have many conversations like this and I always appreciate to perspective, it keeps me grounded. Again, I think that you should evaluate the terminology of homophobia. To say that something about me is not agreeable for my long term goals and so I change it, isn't a phobia. It's a choice. One that I'm free to make without regret or approval.

  • I also hope people change sooner that 20 years!! I'll be too old to know what's going on! LOL I hope that people change how we treat one another. If we really experienced God's love and shared that with others and tried to live a life centered around love and peace, the world would be AWESOME-SAUCEOME! And small things like homosexuality wouldn't really be a issue. Cause everyone would be focusing on their own journeys. I'm a STRONG believer that if God wants to change something

  • He will:) For me, it was my sexual habits (and there were many not just the women) amongst other things. his heart for m was different that my personal desires. So, I just decided to try living for Him all the way... And well, I haven't looked back and I wouldn't change a thing. Those experiences have made me who I am and have given me the ability to respect and understand others. Wherever they maybe in their journey:) Thanks so much for watching and being willing to share:)

  • "deliverance" sounds like a bunch of bullcrap and it makes me feel really bad even hearing about it. If you're a woman and you like women, go for it! What's stopping you, really? God? Why would he not want you to be happy in your own skin? Why would he demand you be changed? To tell the truth, homophobia (for the most part) is going to end soon, anyways. More and more people will open their eyes and see that homophobia is just another form of hatred.

  • @ktishme Actually yes. I believe that God has a plan for everyone and me sleeping with women, having to artificially inseminate, or taking on roles outside of my gender were not in His plans for me. And, why is it that you readily assume I'm not happy? I love my skin and all that comes with it. Crackheads are "happy in their skin" when they are high, should they continue to "do what feels right"? And, once again, you've jumped ship to homophobia. I don't hate homosexual people, in fact,

  • @AbatarTeacher I didn't mean to sound Iike I assumed you were unhappy because I actually think the opposite. You seem rather happy. :) I just meant that you could be happy living as a homosexual, though I do think that life would be harder just because of how society treats homosexuality at the moment. And I definitely didn't mean to sound like you were homophobic. You made that quite clear in the video. I just don't understand why you wanted to change yourself.

  • @ktishme I changed because my lover wanted me to:) Tht's the simplest way to say it. Basically, I lived as a "secret admirer" of women for years. All the while I loved God. As I grew closer, and I started to really see and understand His love for me, the change happened on its own I guess. It's like I gave him my heart pieces at a time and eventually it came to that part. And I decided, that I trusted Him enough that I'd see what He did with it. And well, you saw the vid;)

  • For me, there was so much more than just me being into women. But I couldn't really see that. And actually, it wasn't until a year or so after, that I started to see what was really there and the hurts and pains that those "desires" were covering. And even now, I'm allowing God to heal my heart in those areas. My desires were valid, just the actions were misplaced. God understood that and He understood me. That's why He waited for me...

  • I can't really say that I hate anyone. There are people that I care not to be around, but those ppl are usually really mean. I have gay and bisexual friends and I respect their life choices and they respect mine. We agree to disagree on that, and a few actually agree, but plain just aren't ready to "throw in the towel" on that. Which I also respect. I think, that when making life choices in either direction a person should be ready and do it on their own. Which is why I don't think ppl

  • should be bullied into a relationship with Christ. Because when they really meet Him, the relationship itself changes the person in it's own respective time. I just believe that people should be open to starting a relationship and let everything else worry about itself. :) I think God's intention, was for everyone to be on a journey back towards Him because His journey towards us produced Jesus Christ.

  • But don't you know being gay is not a choice? There's scientific proof that it is in your genes. I have naturally blonde hair, it's in my genes. Sure, I can dye it, make it look like I don't have blonde hair and no one would be able to tell. I can live my whole life as a redhead if I wanted to. But that wouldn't change that I'm a natural blonde. Same thing about your sexuality. It's not a personality trait (for most, anyway), it's a genetic trait. It can be hidden, but can't truly be changed.

  • @ktishme Interesting point of view. There was also science (Darwin) that proved Black people were only a step above animals are were scientifically incapable of learning at the same level as whites because we were the "weaker" species. Over time that science washed out... As scientific proofs often do. So, I suppose time will tell:) I'd have to say that I'm living proof that it can be changed. Predisposition, isn't a definite "end to the story" if you will. And, I do agree with you that

  • it can be a part of human nature. Which by human nature, we are "predisposed" to all sorts of sins and "natural" things that are against our original intent. Which is fine, because "there's an app for that", lol! Christ didn't come for the perfect or sinless, or even to "make" us sinless. He came to take on our sin and be the barrier, so that our sinful "natural" nature doesn't keep up in a separated state. Which is all "sin" means. A state of separation from the creator.

  • @AbatarTeacher But how is being homosexual a sin??? If it's written in the bible (which it's not), there are so many reasons as to why the bible isn't a perfect source. First off, it was written by men and it was translated dozens of times, how can we know what was really meant? I don't believe that we can.

And yes, time will tell. And just so you know, I also believe that no one is 100% straight or gay. Perhaps you just prefer men at the moment?

  • @ktishme Uh, okay. If that's what you believe. There are several scriptures that classify a man and man and a woman and woman against God's original order for things. I also believe that the Bible is a book for believers. If you are still in a separated state the Bible actually says that it's meaning wouldn't make sense to you. It's like, yes you can be born in America, but if you aren't a specific race then you can't ever have the same understanding or perspective of that race because

  • you've never had to actually live in that person's skin. The language, terminologies, inside jokes and understandings that go with those experiences will continue to be a mystery to you or you just be oblivious to them all together. Living for Christ assures me daily of my identity in Him. And when I make personal sacrifices via my relationship, the world doesn't have to get it or understand. Especially when I receive my validation from Him. As far as the validity of the Bible

  • You are absolutely right. I in my carnal mind, can't possible know what was meant or inferred because I wasn't there. But with my salvation came the gift of Holy Spirit. With that, I'm able to read and discern with clarity. The Bible wasn't given JUST to confuse those who read it. It was written as a record of time before Christ and after Christ as it relates to those who are in a relationship with Christ as a point of connect with God the Father. I since I don't know everyone in the world

  • I can't say everyone is 100% anything... That's not my job. I'm responsible for myself and my own life choices. And, let's just say for arguments sake that your science pans out. What would you say about those who've never had a "gay" thought or experience who are naturally repulsed by it without being taught? Or better yet, as I mentioned even if you are born gay, according to the Bible you should be born again. Simply meaning to switch out your old nature for a Godly one.

  • @AbatarTeacher As for those who've never had a gay thought, there's still 99.99999% XD 100% anything is practically impossible. And as for myself--I really can't understand everything you mean when you talk about religion because I am not religious. There's too many possibilities. How can I choose when there's no sure answer? I live right here right now and try to do what I think it right and good. If I do well, perhaps good things will happen to me. I'm not sure, there's no way to be sure.

  • @ktishme LOVE IT! Your optimism is great! Glass always 1/2 full, eh? You are right ANYTHING is possible! It's very possible that God is real and loves you and everyone else He created. It's possible that Christ is the promised sacrifice to cover sins, even the ones you think aren't sins. It's possible that it's impossible for me to live a life that pleases God w/o loving Christ. It's possible that no matter how much I mess up or how doubtful a person may become that God's love is ever ready

  • Ever patient and ever understanding. It's also possible, that everything in the Bible is true and that upon Christ's return every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Now, let's procure the opposite, that we continue to evolve into oblivion and when I die that's it... Well the life that I currently live being totally in love with Christ is BLISSFUL! I would die enriched and I wouldn't feel like I missed out on anything. My life is peaceful yet full of so

  • much expectancy!! And, I'm sorry that it's difficult to follow. But, I can honestly say that although I'm young, I've seen QUITE a bit for my age and my relationship with Christ has been the only assured thing. I tried other religions and no religions. I opted out of them all and tried relationship, my life has never been the same. Christ is alive and well and visible is so many parts of my life. I don't know how I ever doubted Him. Stability, that's why I stay and keep working at my relationshi

  • p. If there was something/someone else that could provide absoluteness, I'd do that. ANd I'd be openly sharing it with everyone, just like I am now. But, "religion" doesn't offer a completed work. You have to go through a whole lot of what I call "extras" to EARN good things. But for me, I'm prone to mess ups and misunderstandings. So I'd be cray to leave my happiness to my own merit!! Knowing that Christ (someone who was perfect) died for me so I'd never have to worry about being perfect

  • was AMAZING to me. The Gospel is like a fool proof plan. I never fail, even when I loose I win. I give and He always gives more that I gave. I get daily directions, warnings when trouble is coming, and I forgiven for things that I haven't even done yet. For me, choosing Christ was a no brainer. And after almost a decade of salvation. I'm ABSOLUTELY sure that my life is better because of it and that when I die, that's not the end to my story;) And if it's all BS,THIS WAS AN AWESOME RIDE!

  • old men in Korea are absolutely creepy!!!

My sister and I and many other foreigner women I kknow always have stories about creepy old Korean men. XD

  • @ktishme INDEED THEY ARE VERY CREEPY!!!!! Especially after a bottle of SOJU!!! I can always smell it from a mile away!!! YUK! I had this one old man, to try and convince me that my "jugs" should be on a milk carton, with his wife like a few yards away. Apparently she didn't speak English! lol But the Korean lady next to him, shouted and shoved him in Korean. So I was thankful that should stood up for me. I was too dumbfounded to say anything~.~

  • awww I was watching this and enjoying it then you started talking about homosexuality and I realised I cant listen anymore because I think youre completely wrong :(

  • @Scurvyforall so sorry that you don't agree. Hopefully, you can keep watching, my other vids, homosexuality or "religion" isn't the point of my channel. I'm logging my life abroad and my experiences. So maybe, you'll see something that you do agree with.... Either way, thanks for watching the part that you did.... Cheers!

  • I agree that you can be delivered from whatever it is. I have a friend who's thinks she's gay and thank the Lord her parents have not condemned her for it but are just praying for her. There's nothing we can throw at God that makes Him say "oh, that's a tough one' or whatever. We don't have to remain in any condition.

  • @soffy2002 AB-SO-LUTE-LY!!!! when WE stop boxing GOD in, WE will release baggage and let in God's love correction, which in term MAKES US FREE from whatever is holding us. Because it's at that moment we realize that IT JUST AINT THAT DEEP to God! ;0)

(YAAAAAY for serving a GREAT BIG GOD)

  • do you understand korean?

korean is a good example for a good economy. no guns less deaths, lower shopping expenses etc good videos

  • @mandyX2000 I am slowly but surely grasping a few common words in the language. I just wish that I had more time to learn it!! But, hopefully I'll be fluent really soon!:) Ummm, yea the only thing that's really expensive here are the clothes. Mainly because of import tax. but you can always find good deals in the street markets.

  • whoo hoo!!! that was awesome. so my wife and i were definitely excited to hear somebody else talking about their deliverance. Both of us have been delivered from homosexuality and it's awesome to see someone else sharing their testimony and standing up for the truth of God! keep it up! keep fighting the fight!

  • @musiqman4110 Hey! Thanks for watching!! I thought I replied to you, but I didn't see it on the comments page:( Thanks so much for the encouragement! It really is a daily choice, but the more I understand my identity in HIm the easier it becomes to stand against the things in my flesh that aren't like Him! I will continue to pray for the ministry of marriage (and that's a whole other vid) that you and your wife have!!! God Bless~.~

  • Thank you so much for VLogging. What program did you go through to teach in Korea?

  • girl you are too funny!

  • yup sister god bless ya and us all

  • I agree 100% with everything you said about homosexuality.

  • haha thanks for the shout out!
